self serving

Kim charged a lot of money for services and charged for everything and also tried to charge me for her train ticket to go to court. Really?! She never fulfilled contractual agreement for divorce services and had the audacity to double bill me for precipice. The list goes on and on.

Denise, I am sorry you feel this way. Our terms regarding fees and billing were clearly outlined in the fee agreement you signed with the firm I was working for at the time. Additionally, any concerns or questions you had regarding billing or work performed on your behalf (including work that was billed for and not billed for) would have been gladly addressed by either myself or the owner if you had chosen to raise them to us. I wish you all the best. Kim

Non contentious

I was very pleased with Kims services. My ex and I chose to do a lot of our own "legwork" as far as gathering the necessary documents and preparing our Support/Custody Agreements. Kim was always available to review what we prepared and gave valuable suggestions. Kim was very approachable and hon...est....... often explaining things to me two and three times until I "got it" ! I never felt pressure to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Her calls and emails were returned promptly. I would use her services again and would recommend her as well.

Divorce case

I worked with her over a divorce case. All the time I got the feeling that she only cares about charging me more hours, very unhelpful in terms of negotiation with other party. I ended up attending most of the court dates by myself, she only did the paperwork. Over all I was extremely unsatisfied wit...h her to the point that my ex-husband even mentioned that my lawyer is not competent. I strongly suggest you look into other options before accepting to go forward with her. All the cost estimates are not true and you end up paying for minimal service.

Dear "client", I am truly sorry that you felt this way with my representation. I am more than willing to discuss your case and/or your bill if you have concerns regarding either of these. However, due to confidentiality, I am unable to do so in a public forum. I do hope you feel free to contact my office to discuss any concerns you may have had during my representation of you. Thank you. Kimberly A. Dudick

Thorough, Dependable and Honest

Kim made the entire divorce process easy to navigate and took the time to provide me with reasonable expectations, necessary information and an expected timetable - both from our end and from that of the court - before we even began discussing particulars. She was helpful throughout the entire proces...s and always made sure I was in agreement before we proceeded with each step. Kim was also extremely responsive with all emails and phone calls. Rarely did even a few hours go by without a response. One of Kim's best attributes is her candidness and honesty. She is willing to listen to your thoughts and ideas followed by an honest assessment based on her experience. Due to Kim's help, I was able to get everything done, filed and accepted in well under a year. I highly recommend Kim and have already referred family and friends to utilize her services. In my family, you don't refer others unless you are completely satisfied and have full trust in their abilities.
