Attorney/Client/Mediator

I first encountered Josh Kershenbaum as an opponent in litigation, but I got to know him well as a friend so that when my when my family needed an education law attorney , I unhesitatingly hired him to represent us to help us understand my son's rights and to advocate for his interests. Earlier in... his career Josh represented families like mine going through a traumatic time because they could not get from their school district what the law requires for their children. He did this will skill, compassion, and a great deal of heart. In addition to being an opponent, a friend, and an attorney for my family, Josh has been a mentor to me. I have watched him develop his skills and expertise in mediation and collaborative family law with a great deal of awe. He truly inspired me to pursue what I hope, with his guidance, will be a similarly successful mediation practice. For all of this and more, I give him my strongest recommendation.
