James Clifford Higgins Jr.

I have a general business-law practice and represent a large area university, technology trade association, major architect-engineering-construction company, software developer and others.  I was elected to the Radnor Township (Pa.) Board of commissioners in 1983 and re-elected in 1987; I am a candidate for the same position in the November 2011 election.  I served on a State Department investigative team into the assassination of President John Kennedy and was assigned as a security officer on the visits to the U.S. of Pope Paul VI, Vice President Anwar Sadat, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and a number of other foreign heads of state.
