Joe talked a good game, referenced his position as a Master in the Family Law Division of the court. This case was down to just Equitable Distribution. I had spoon fed him just about everything since this case was continued two times with him, he knew what the otterside was oing to do as their were... pre-trial breifs sent back and forth. He assured me that he was ready for trial if there was no agreement by trial date. He did not fight for me. The opposing side just threw stuff up with no documentation. Joe took what the Judge suggested and never fought for me even though we had documentation. I think he was afraid of the Judge and just took my money and walked.
