Wife filed for dissolution of marriage, and also filed a motion for child support, spousal support, child custody and visitation, and attorney fees in CA. Husband was active duty military, and filed f ... or divorce in Florida. Husband served Wife first with Florida divorce. Wife then served Husband. Wife proceeded with hearing on support, and was awarded a substantial monthly amount of child and spousal support, as well as attorney fees. Husband hired me to set aside the order re: support. I was able to stay the enforcement of support pending the outcome of a hearing to dismiss the entire case, set to be heard on a different date.
