Frank Samuel Guarrieri

Frank S. Guarrieri is Managing Partner of the firm and bears ultimate responsibility and authority for its overall operations and administration. A seasoned trial attorney with substantial courtroom experience, Mr. Guarrieri also chairs the firm’s Litigation Section. He represents clients throughout the region and handles matters relating to personal injury, both plaintiff and defense, and insurance coverage.

Mr. Guarrieri was co-counsel in Buongiovanni v. GM, a products liability case resulting in a $46M award for his injured client.

Mr. Guarrieri is a frequent lecturer on civil litigation topics at forums state-wide.  Mr. Guarrieri has consistently been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer through a peer-review process in the area of Insurance Law as published by Thomson Reuters in Philadelphia Magazine.  Mr. Guarrieri’s Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating is AV. From 2012 through 2014 Mr. Guarrieri was named one of Philadelphia’s Top Lawyers through a confidential peer review process in a magazine published jointly by The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Legal Intelligencer, , The National Law Journal, the American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel, and The Wall Street Journal.  In 2013, Mr. Guarrieri was named by Martindale-Hubbell as one of the nation’s Top Rated Lawyers in Insurance Defense through a confidential peer review process in a magazine published jointly with The American Lawyer, The National Law Journal, and Corporate Counsel.

Mr. Guarrieri serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Saint Mary Medical Center and is former chair of the St. Mary Medical Center Foundation Board. He is Past President of Mision Tu Puedes, Inc., a non-profit that promotes educational opportunities in the Dominican Republic and has served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Holy Ghost Preparatory School.
