Everyone who works in the Zlock-Grisilo law firm are top notch from the staff to the lawyers, but during my custody case Dan went above and beyond in every way through almost 10 months of litigation. My case one of the longest in Bucks County history. From the start, Dan understood the challenges th...at I faced in trying to keep custody of my children and also fighting for their medical freedom. We quickly formed a game plan and worked together to find evidence and eventually a medical expert to testify on my behalf. Things did not always go our way in court, but that did not deter Dan, who reassessed our situation and together we worked to prepare for the next hearing. Dan knows PA law extremely well, but if there was something he was not familiar with, he and all his colleagues would work together to find the best legal path forward, because they care about all their clients. Dan always took the time to answer all my questions and explain the law. I learned so much about the legal process and was able to use that knowledge to help us as well. Dan treated me like a team member not just a client; often we had to work weekends and after hours to prepare but Dan always made himself available. He never gave up and together we persevered and got the right result for myself and my children. I won my case because he believed I was right, worked tirelessly, and was a very effective litigator. Working with Dan has been a great overall experience. He stepped into my case last minute as the attorney handling my case had an emergency.
