Experienced litigation attorney in the Commercial Litigation and Employment & Labor Law departments of Curtin & Heefner LLP.  For more than 25 years, has handled a broad range of business-related litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including business torts, employment litigation, creditor rights, lender liability and real estate litigation matters.  A particular focus of practice involves counseling, enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and the protection of confidential information and trade secrets.  Although the majority of the practice involves litigation, a substantial portion involves advising small- and mid-sized businesses and professional service providers on their day-to-day business and employment challenges.
