OUTCOME: A Writ of Possession was issued and the son vacated.

My client was the the Attorney in Fact for her elderly sister. The elderly sister was the owner of her home and she resided in it with her alcoholic son. When she asked her son to move out, and he refu ... sed, I assisted her with filing an unlawful detainer to evict her son. He challenged the eviction and the matter went to trial.
