She may have had a good reputation decades ago, but her performance these days is a complete disgrace. My impression is that she is one of those people who tries to do the least amount of work just to get by. She didn't seem to have the client's best interest at heart, which was obvious in that she... never gave the time to answer questions fully. And if you tried calling her, she'd cut you off. She also demonstrated lack of knowledge in how the police system works, which was surprising. She gave very little guidance, and some may argue, bad advice. Others warned me that she put in very little effort in their cases, but kept asking for more money. That basically sealed the deal for me and we went on to hire a different attorney before more damage could be done. I requested a partial refund of the flat fee, but she chose to take almost all that money by doubly charging for prior work that was already paid for. When attempting to address it, she hung up on me several times and refused to discuss it, almost stamping her feet like a little child. Completely unprofressional. Take this as a warning.
