Mary Van Zandt Wachterhauser

I have practiced family law in Delaware County, Pennsylvania since 1989. My practice focuses on divorce, equitable distribution, child custody and child relocation, child support, spousal support, alimony, and protection from abuse.

Going through a divorce, a custody or a support dispute can be very difficult. My goal is to help clients through the process as efficiently and effectively as possible. Many cases can be settled through my strong negotiation skills and mediation. In those cases which cannot be settled out of court, I vigorously represents my clients through the court system.
