Took money money but didn't file paper any paper work
He's horrible he takes people's money but don't do what he's paid for and now my daughters dad is in jail missing out on her growing up. He paid him to file paper work for an appeal but he took the money and never filed none of the papers so my boyfriends bail was revoked and he's now sitting in jail...

Lawyer was paid - took the money and never did the job
Lawyer was hired - he informed us not to speak with the authorities - but since then has not responded to e-mails or phone calls regarded case - time frame to file appeal has come and gone - can not even get a response as to what he actually did do-
"Kevin is a strong advocate for his clients and aggressively pursues defenses. He stands up to prosecutors and is prepared in court. Therefore, without any hesitancy, I endorse this lawyer."
"Kevin is an attorney who will work ceaselessly to defend you. In witnessing his work and handling of cases, it should be known that Kevin is a competitor. He will defend you zealously. I have seen him systematically dismantle many cases brought by the District Attorney by winning suppression motions. If you are in trouble, seek Kevin's help immediately."
