Biography
A trial lawyer who has developed a regional Workers Compensation practice since 1988, Mr. Flandreau is the chairman of the Delaware County Bar Association's Workers' Compensation and Employment Law. Originally, Mr. Flandreau specialized in counseling and representing self-insured employers and fully insured employers. However, in 2003, he shifted the focus of his practice to protecting the rights and the workers' compensation benefits of workers injured on the job.
Mr. Flandreau carefully reviews the facts of each case and gathers the documentation and evidence needed to win at trial and get his clients the benefits to which they are entitled. His goal is to provide personal attention and quality representation.
