I am a young but experienced and driven attorney originally from a very small town in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I attended Forest City Regional High School and later went on to graduate from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. From there, I moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to pursue my legal education at Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. During my time in law school, I was a law clerk for a life insurance law firm, member of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law Trial Team, teaching assistant for Introduction to Trial Advocacy, and a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellow. Now, I am a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I enjoy volunteering as a judge for mock trial and moot court competitions whenever possible.

I currently live in Delaware County with my husband, son, two dogs, and cat. I enjoy taking trips back to Northeastern Pennsylvania (NEPA) to visit family, listening to podcasts, painting, and laying on the beach in my spare time.

Most reliable, caring attorney
We hired this attorney to help us with a retirement finance problem we were having with Voya. We found attorney Gerchman caring and willing to help. She was reliable in following through with the problem and got results. We tried to solve this dispute for months with no avail. Attorney Gerchman was able to get results in a very short time. We would recommend her to handle any problem you might have.

I was in the market for Life Insurance. I had no idea where to start or what type of policy I needed. I reached out to Attorney Taylor Gerchman for advice and was hoping she could help me understand what I was looking at. My agent provided me with several option in both whole and term policies. Taylor explained the difference between the two types, reviewed the proposals, informed me as to exactly what I needing in a life insurance policy, helped me make a decision, and even helped me fill out the application. Best Lawyer ever
Ms Taylor is the Best lawyer I have ever met I had a hard time with my insurance company after the death of my mother but when I spoke with my lawyer Ms Taylor she fought so hard until they came a settlement on my case Ms Taylor is very good and knowledgeable lawyer and I recommend her for everyone
