Our client in this case was a Lawful permanent resident (Green card holder) who applied for naturalization- to become a U.S citizen. After his naturalization interview, he was served with a notice of ... intent to deny his case by U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). USCIS alleged that our client committed misrepresentation and fraud in his Green card process. We were able to overcome these allegations and win his naturalization case!
