Yulia Foster

Ms. Foster graduated from Temple University in 2006 and received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Joseph O'Keefe in Orphan's Court, dealing with many different aspects of estate litigation. She has also worked with the Honorable Paul Panepinto in Common Pleas Court, focusing on business and property/zoning disputes.

Since law school, Ms. Foster has represented insurance carriers, third party administrators and the Uninsured Employers' Guaranty Fund in workers' compensation matters for a large law firm in Philadelphia. Ms. Foster has also volunteered with various immigrant organizations such as Esperanza and HIAS Pennsylvania, as a pro-bono attorney for immigrants seeking United States citizenship; she is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

With experience in these areas of law and a passion for helping people, Ms. Foster is a welcomed addition to the team at the Law Offices of Michael Kuldiner, P.C. The firm works with clients in a multitude of practice areas, but focuses primarily in the areas of family law, real estate and estates.
