He was supposed to be representing me in our divorce but he always did things so as "not to upset" my ex-husband. He was more concerned about the well being of my ex, not me. My younger son had been living with his father (and I was paying child support!) until he was told to find someplace else to l...ive. When my son came to live with me, I asked Mr Opalka to stop the child support. He "kept forgetting" to do that and my ex continued to get the support money (which was automatically deducted from my paycheck). After 2 1/2 months I called Mr Opalka's partner and she immediately filed the papers. Mr Opalka dragged out my divorce MUCH longer than it should have been. When I spoke with his partner, she immediately filed the final divorce paperwork also and the divorce was finalized very soon afterwards. I paid him a LOT of money and he totally let me down!
