OUTCOME: Dismissed at the end of state's evidence.

My client was charged with violating a 50-B Domestic Violence Protection Order. The alleged victim was out for revenge and was using the legal system to hurt my client. My client vehemently denied vi ... olating the order. In order to get justice it was necessary to take this case to trial. At the end of state's evidence I made a motion to dismiss and the case was dismissed. My client never even had to testify on his behalf.
