The issue in this appeal was whether the court could order shareholders to contribute money, in the absence of a shareholder's agreement requiring it, to pay the fees of a provisional director appointe ... d by the court as part of a derivative lawsuit. The trial court ordered our client to do so, and we appealed. The First District Court of Appeals reversed, ordering the clerk of court to return our client's money.
