It could but is very unlikely to call for inpatient treatment.

OTN stands for offense tracking number. Every criminal case is PA is given a specific and unique OTN.

What is your question? If you are unhappy with your attorney's work, then you could file a petition for ineffective assistance of counsel.

Yes. The Judge could sentence you to some jail time because you are a repeat offender. I would hire a lawyer and hope he can save you from jail.
