In this administrative law case we represented a group of landowners who were attempting to keep a transmission line off of their properties. During our negotiations and interactions with other landow ... ners, we were able to obtain another client who was willing to accept the transmission line in an area which allowed the transmission line to be placed away from our other clients. We were able to keep the transmission line off of those that did not want the line crossing their properties and are now representing the landowner that accepted the transmission line in condemnation proceedings. This is an example of how our representation differs from many others, and appears to have resulted in a settlement which might otherwise not be available.
