My client was alleged to have touched the breasts and vagina of his x-girlfriend’s 12-year old daughter. The daughter also alleged my client made her touch his penis. At the 6-day trial, we convinced ... the jury that the daughter had numerous motives to lie and that her mother had contributed to convincing the daughter to lie. The case was complicated because the government prosecutors failed to turn over evidence that the daughter was lying.
