I wish I could give zero stars. Hiring Scott Lisgar for my child custody case was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. First, they charge outrageously high fees but completely fail to deliver on even the most basic aspects of service. For the amount of money I paid, I expected at least decent c...ommunication. Instead, I was met with constant silence and had to chase them down for updates every single time. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for days or even weeks. When I did manage to get a response, it was short, dismissive, and lacked any useful information. In such a stressful and sensitive situation, the last thing you need is to feel ignored by the person who is supposed to be advocating for you and your child. It’s clear they care more about collecting fees than actually helping their clients. I deeply regret hiring Scott Lisgar and would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration, heartache, and money.
