Client was accused of Federal Conspiracy. Client was unhappy with his previous attorney and was referred to my office. I took the case two weeks before his trial date and dedicated hours to reviewing d ... iscovery. I prepared the case for trial. I was successful at keeping out evidence and cross-examined several Federal Agents. A co-defendant testified for the government and I was successful at pointing out his interests and motives for fabricating. The jury took 45 minutes to decide he was NOT GUILTY.
