Who was the driver?
Mar 07, 2009OUTCOME: The DA had no idea who was driving and sure couldn't prove it BRD and didn't even file charges.
Accident with no witnesses. Police find the crashed car at the scene but no driver. Police go the house of the registered owner. Wife answers the door and claims she was driving. Husband is in the show ... er and refuses to speak to police after his shower and has been drinking. Under threat of arrest Wife then claimed Husband was driving and show the police the car keys in the bathroom where Husband had been showering. Car was registered to both husband and wife. Wife KNEW where the keys were, but they were in the bathroom where husband had been.
