Shealene Priscilla Mancuso

Shealene is a trial attorney at Muller Brazil, LLP, and My Vaccine Lawyer. Ms. Mancuso’s practice includes representing vaccine injury victims, as well as individuals who suffer catastrophic personal injuries as a result of unsafe drugs and medical devices, defective products, unsafe premises, auto, bicycle, and construction accidents. Prior to joining Muller Brazil, LLP, Ms. Mancuso worked at a litigation firm specializing in workers’ compensation and family law, as well as worked as in-house counsel for a number of medical malpractice insurance companies.

Ms. Mancuso graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, law and society, and Temple University, Beasley School of Law as a Fellow in the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society. Throughout law school she developed and executed several research projects with Temple Law professors, interned for numerous non-profit organizations in Philadelphia, as well as worked as a certified law clerk with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office in California. Additionally, Ms. Mancuso chaired multiple student organizations, including Women’s Law Caucus, National Lawyers Guild, and the American Constitution Society, was a board member of the School to Prison Pipeline, and organized multiple charity drives and a speaking panel. Ms. Mancuso is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Court of Special Claims.

Ms. Mancuso serves on the Laurel House Board of Directors, a domestic violence organization serving Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, where her role encompasses leadership and governance, fundraising efforts, and public policy action.

Ms. Mancuso is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Federal Claims and concentrates her practice in the areas of vaccine litigation, unsafe drug and medical device injury litigation, personal injury, and product liability.
