He is a crook he was hired to represent my brother.. Starting fee was $10,000 and he did nothing but act more like an enemy. He called me and said he cut a deal with the DA 5 to 10 yrs. Then a week later he has my brother sign fir an open plea… What lawyer will do they then I paid $2000 for my broth...er to see a psychiatrist at Thomas Joachim’s request the psychiatrist gave a really good positive review.. Thomas Joachim called the psychiatrist and told him not to show up to court.. Hmmm WHY?? My brother got sentenced 20 yrs.. And he allowed the lies I couldn’t believe it.. I took him to court and of course got played.. Thomas Joachim is the dirt on the ground he is the gum underneath a a muddy shoe..

Thomas was hired to handle my divorce/child custody case. The divorce process too him over 3 years due to his lack of communication with the other lawyer. He did not take my situation seriously and treat it with urgency. He would tell me on a regular basis that he had more important cases, he also... would never be available when I would call and request to speak with him. He would always be in court and the secretary would say that he would call back by the end of the day. This never happened. I would go weeks without hearing back from him. When we went to court for custory, he never asked me what I wanted or if I was ok with what the judge was suggesting, he simply agreed to whatever the other lawyer stated. This resulted in my getting one day a week with my children every other week. Once the divorce was finalized, the last piece was to provide my ex with a copy of the deed. 4 months after my divorce, I received a letter that my ex never got the deed. When I asked my lawyer about this, he said he lost it and it needed to be resent to him. After resending it to him, it took another 4 months before he got the other lawyer the information. This lawyer is useless.

I hired Tom for a criminal matter. Other attorney's told me that weren't able to do a lot for me, but were going to take a ton of money and pray for the best at trial. Tom was able to take the time to talk to the police officers, the district attorney and the judge and took a case where I thought I ...was going to jail for a long time and worked it out to probation. He also spent a lot of time with me, trying to get to know me as a person and help out with some issues I've been dealing with. I was not just a number and it was definitely not about the money. He cares about people.

my name is Stacy, I hired this lawyer to help facilitate a custody matter so in a timely fashion before the holidays. I was told he would setup a meeting with me and my ex boyfriend to discuss the terms of our settlement. a month went by with no word! I finally called back and was told the paperwork ...with the details for the meeting date was NEVER EVEN SENT! my ex blamed me for keeping our child away from him due to his LACK of communication. He adviced at one point that I did NOT need to allow my ex to see our daughter at all (we have a standing order in place) and due to family issues I thought this was the correct advice....BOOM I am hit with a contempt order by my ex for failing to allow visitation. I was told he would also help out with my support order....he NEVER APPEARED IN COURT! My ex won the case and I am now awarded $0! nothing. I truly believed the things he said but I am naive and not exactly used to court systems. things spirialed out of control at this point and my ex wishes to give up rights. this lawyer gave me ALOT of advice, NONE of it was worth the money he took! I am a single mother I need help and I explained everything to him...he simply didnt care. it was all about money IMO! I have so much anger inside towards him but I have to keep my cool and just warn anyone to PLEASE PLEASE do not trust this dirt bag! he caused MORE damage than he helped!

I live out of state. My daughter who is a single mother needed an attorney to help her keep her license to go to work and provide for her child. I found this attorney on line. I am a senior living on a fixed income, but I put $1500 on my charge card to pay him. He told my daughter it would cover ...all expenses. He did go to court with her once, but gave her no advise, and told her to continue the case he would have to get another $1500!!! Don't use this attorney!!!
