Michael Applebaum

I left a message at 8:30 pm on a friday not expecting to get a return call until at least monday. Mr. Applebaum called back that evening. My son was looking at real jail time and after calling several attorneys I chose Mr. Applebaum. I'm glad I did because not only did the felonies dropped, he got... my son work release. He was honest and spoke to both my son and I as people not just clients. Make that call!

I'm a single mom of two and I Hired him based on former client of his. My divorce is not complicated and he has not made any progress on my divorce in 15 months. Arrogant, non-responsive, and I have had to do more work than he ever did for me to split any assets we had to split. Still haven't heard a... word from him since August 2014 so I'm getting a new lawyer and filing a complaint as all he actually did was write 3 letters to my husbands lawyer. He's quick to take your money, but at his rate of progress I'll be dead before my divorce is complete.

After being disappointed in the performance of a previous lawyer, I found Mr. Applebaum. He started working on my case immediately, personally answering phone calls and emails well into the evening. He doesn't have an ego about him, and is easy to talk to because he understands that this was a diffic...ult time in my life. Without going into too much detail I was arrested on criminal charges. My case has been going on for years and he still promptly answers any questions I have. He treated my case as if I was important, and I feel I was respected and informed throughout the whole process. I will gladly refer Mr. Applebaum to anyone I know who has any legal troubles.
