Ethan Paraboschi

Ethan is a distinguished attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the Federal Eastern District of Pennsylvania. With a career devoted almost entirely to criminal law, he brings a depth of experience to both trial and appellate advocacy.

Ethan began his legal career at a premier criminal defense firm in Philadelphia, where he played a vital role in high-stakes cases involving the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments. Working alongside senior partners, he contributed to complex legal strategies in matters ranging from murder and attempted murder to organized crime and commercial fraud. This foundation of hands-on experience continues to shape his approach to defending clients today.

Building on his extensive trial experience, Ethan transitioned to appellate and post-conviction work, joining a top-rated Philadelphia appeals firm. There, he honed his expertise in Direct Appeals, Post Conviction Relief Act Petitions, Conviction Integrity Unit Petitions, and Federal Habeas Litigation. His work has included the meticulous review of sealed law enforcement and prosecutor files, investigating cases dating as far back as 1993.

Ethan is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Legal Studies and Marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University’s College of Law.
