On behalf of the client, I filed a Petition to Terminate the Parent-Child Relationship and Petition to Modify the Parent-Child Relationship with request that court find the mother intentionally interfe ... red with the possessory rights of the father. Upon the conclusion of a 9 day jury trial, the jury unanimously voted to terminate the parent-child relationship between the child and the mother and awarded our client over $15,000 in actual damages related to the mother's interference with his possession, $186,000 in attorney's fees, and $1,000,000 in punitive damages for acting with malice in interferring with the father's possession of the child.
