Can I travel back to my country (for my graduation) and then come back to US again and file Adjustment. I am on K Visa.

unfortunately after entering the united stated you have to stay here and finish your papers. after that you can travel if everything goes well.
I've done my medical examination today , they asked if I ever used drug before I did (twice)last year Jan Feb I told them that.

you should go back to the doctor and ask what he or she indicated on the medical exam then you can go from there.
