Debra Anne Moshinski

Debra has vast experience in handling all aspects of family law, including adoptions, divorce, child support, child custody, parental, sibling and grandparent visitation, enforcement, contempt, and modification of Court Orders. She has assisted hundreds of families with resolving dependency issues, such as allegations of child abuse and neglect. Debra previously served as the Chair of a major metropolitan law firm's Family Law Department. 

Debra currently serves as Solicitor in Montgomery County for a local child welfare agency’s Unaccompanied Refugee Minor’s Program.  The Unaccompanied Refugee Minor’s program is responsible for refugee, asylee and trafficked children and youth who are in the United States without parents or guardians.

Debra also practices in the area of civil litigation and criminal defense.  Her civil litigation background includes civil rights, employment law, personal injury, land use and commercial litigation.  Her criminal defense experience includes misdemeanor and felony matters in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.

Debra has previously served as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Program at Harcumm College, teaching courses in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Torts.  Prior to practicing law, Debra worked as a Social Worker for at-risk youths.

Debra resides in Huntingdon Valley with her husband Bryan their three children. She enjoys spending her free time with her family at the Jersey shore.
