Ashleigh Marie Morales

Ms. Morales focuses her practice on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions. Her corporate work includes entity formation and counseling and advising clients on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and debt financing. She regularly negotiates, drafts, and reviews commercial contracts, including buy-sell agreements, employee and independent contractor agreements, license agreements, general terms and conditions, distribution agreements, leases, and confidentiality agreements. Ms. Morales also works with clients on a variety of commercial real estate matters including, the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of real estate. Additionally, she assists clients with estate planning and estate and trust administration

Ms. Morales graduated from New York University in 2006 with a dual-degree in journalism and political science and continued her education at Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2010. During her time at Widener University, Ms. Morales served as an Editor on The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Ms. Morales joined Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC in 2010.

Ms. Morales also serves on the Board of Trustees for Building a Bridge to Uganda, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving the people of Uganda with a focus on education.
