Divorce and Separation 60%

My experience as a Divorce Master in Phila and Bucks gives me a strength in property division and analysis. I have been preparing Pension evaluations and QDROs for 20 years. My emphasis in divorce cases is to negotiate for fair settlements but I will go to Court and fight for my client's entitlements. My billing practices are reasonable.

A Dedicated Attorney

I represented a client in a difficult pro bono divorce. She could not afford to retain anyone to value the martial portion of her husband's pension and deferred compensation plans. I contacted Mr. Ehrich the day before the scheduled masters' hearing in the hopes that he could suggest a way to value... these assets short of a formal valuation. Instead, he immediately went to work and did valuations of both pensions, pro bono, in less than 24 hours, providing a report to me for submission at the hearing. This was critical to obtaining a good result for my client. She is most grateful Bill's extraordinary efforts and his dedication to helping those in need.

Look no further! Trustworthy, down to earth, knowledgeable.

After a lot of wasted time, and money on other Attorneys who claimed to be "experts" in my specific divorce issue, I was fortunate enough to receive a personal reference steering me to Bill Ehrich. What a relief! Bill knew exactly what to to resolve my issues, without dragging them out in an attempt ...to use up my retainer! All of the other lawyers said they'd have to "farm out" certain parts of our divorce documents. Not Mr. Ehrichs firm. They did everything necessary, at a fraction of the cost the others tried charging me. Bill was direct, and upfront about cost, possible problems, results, time frame, everything, without being rude. He's an excellent communicator, he explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, without making you feel "dumb" lol! He listens, and understands what you're asking, even if you don't understand it yourself. He's a great guy. I feel lucky we found him. I completely trust his advice and would use him again. I've referred a few people to him already, with great confidence. Thank you very much Bill Ehrich!

Qualified Domestic Relations Order help

Mr. Ehrich was assigned as the attorney to handle a Qualified Domestic Relations Order for a pension settlement through my divorce. As the settlement date neared, I had many unknown questions and needed some guidance on how to split this division that would be in my best interest. Mr Ehrich took the ...time to explain everything to me in laymen's terms so that I understood all aspects of the paperwork. This was a very relieving feeling because in my former marriage all financials were handled by my ex-spouse. Obviously that is no longer the case. I have a very calming feeling now knowing that this is the last part of my divorce settlement and I can put this in my past.

A Hero and a Mensch

I went through a terrible contentious divorce. My ex let our home go into foreclosure, he let our family van be repossesed, all the while hiding his income and a large severence package from the court. My child support case was fraught with uncertainty and numerous hearings and appearances before ...the Judge. My ex refused to pay the court order support and amassed huge sums of money in arrears. My first lawyer had never dealt with such a difficult and deceptive case in her years as an attorney. After two years of dealing with my ex she quit my case. I had no money, no place to live and could not afford a lawyer. I put an ad on Craig's list for a Hero and someone recommended Bill Ehrich she said "If anyone can get justice for my two young children, Bill has the knowledge and experience to get the job done." That recommendation was absolutely accurate. Bill is the "eye of the storm" when everything around him is in tumult, he is calm and cool. But in the courtroom he is a relaxed pit bull. Bill's years of experience as a Master of the courts, his knowlege of family law and intelligent questioning of my ex in the court room revealed to the judge my ex's deception about his income. Bill succeded in winning a just and fair amount of support for my children. His kindness and willingness to workout a flexible arrangement so I could afford his services was more than fair. Bill is not just an excellent lawyer but a great person.
