Garrett Douglas Trego

Garrett D. Trego is an associate with Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox, LLP.  He concentrates his practice on environmental litigation.  Since joining the firm, Garrett has represented a variety of industrial, commercial, governmental, and individual clients in toxic tort, cost recovery, contract dispute and other forms of complex environmental litigation. 

Garrett came to the firm from the Philadelphia office of Drinker, Biddle & Reath, LLP, where he was an associate in its commercial litigation practice group.  Garrett earned his law degree cum laude from the College of William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law.  At William & Mary, he served on the senior editorial staff of the Environmental Law and Policy Review.  Garrett was awarded a Burton Award for Legal Achievement and first place in the American College of Environmental Lawyers’ Stephen E. Hermann Environmental Law Writing Contest for his student note published in this journal. 

Prior to law school, Garrett completed one year of national service through AmeriCorps NCCC, working primarily with the U.S. Forest Service in the Arapahoe-Roosevelt National Forest in northern Colorado and with Rebuilding Together in New Orleans, Louisiana.
