Biography
I have enjoyed life as a solo practitioner after wearing many different hats as a law clerk, an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and an associate with "big law." I now select my own cases, clients, and do what I do best - handle matters of great importance for people who are under stress, many of whom have never contacted a lawyer before. While my primary focus is employment law, ERISA and some commercial litigation, I also handle all sorts of cases involving horse ownership. I am competent not only as a mediator and negotiator, but as a firey litigator when needed. I am always humbled to see what impact that I can make on someone's life, in helping them to secure some form of justice and dignity, for example, after losing a job due to illegal discrimiantion.
