This was a motor vehicle accident case that went to trial. Ms. Staton had suffered a "soft tissue" injury which many attorneys view as having very low value. An independent arbitrator assessed the case ... as having only a $12,000. The arbitration decision was rejected. Mr. Murphy views every case individually regardless of the "convential wisdom."
