Mark is an incredible lawyer who goes above and beyond the duty of just being your lawyer. He makes personal visits when you are unable to leave the house due to your injury, helps with phone calls to bill collectors if you feel overwhelmed because of your injury and makes you feel like he is part o...f your family. I definitely did the right thing by hiring him and taking his advice. We avoided trial and went to arbitration. The judge basically commented that if we went to trial no jury would have understood the law and we would have lost. Instead I got a very large settlement based on the recommendation of the... arbitrator and Mark kicked butt during the hearing, squashing a lawyer twice his age and putting in her place the condescending adjuster who worked for the insurance company.

I hired Mark 22 months ago. I asked him from day one to not take my case of it was not a valid case. He assured me that Is was. He dragged it along for 22 months assuring me that I should proceed. For the past three months I was unable to receive a call back from my attorney or his girlfriend/secreta...ry. I was told by someone on the office that he was busy with bigger cases. I received an impersonal email this week stating that they were dropping my case. He takes advantage of clients when they are most vulnerable. Please do not use this lawyer.
