Way Past His Prime and Overrated Do-Nothing Attorney

Hired this guy after a serious issue with my son. Had the case for a better part of a year while my son languished in jail. Three days before trial, he recommended we take a Plea Deal that was no where near what a verdict would have been. When told no deal, he dragged my son into court the next da...y and yelled at him to stand and plead guilty as he should look at it as a tour of duty with stories for his grandchildren. He hauled my son in without any of his parents knowledge. My son did not stand and a new attorney got my son found NOT GUILTY of all charges where Mr. Fink recommended he take 7 to 15 years!!! My belief, Malpractice, Judicial Misconduct?? We will be re-visiting Mr. Fink very shortly as he deserves to be prosecuted for his non-performance and mis-conduct; should incur damages for the psychological damage done to my son!!! In jail a year and three months and found Not Guilty by a different Fantastic Attorney who looked at the evidence and DID HIS JOB!!!

After I won your own murder case, I represented your son for shooting an unarmed man in the head in his own home. But your facts are wrong. I was in the middle of preparing to win his trial as well when your son contacted me with a note from the prison and insisted that he wanted to plead guilty because the facts looked so bad. When a client does that I am required to follow his instructions.
