Having been removed from the legal system in well over 10 years, the shame of having to go through the process again was overwhelming and quite frankly embarrassing. And lastly, transparency. Josh was transparent from the very beginning about what the financial costs would be for each service. His retainer fee was extremely generous compared to my experience with other private attorneys and he put in much more time and effort into my case than I expected.
