Absolutely wonderful!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Shannon and her team are. Every case has its own issues and unexpected unique challenges. Mine however involved more than I could’ve ever imagined. My financial situation was extremely poor and I did not have much to offer while trying to obtain legal counsel. I ...was also told by multiple lawyers in the Bucks County area that my case was not “a winner”, and I was refused representation. Shannon took on my case and I’m so thankful she did. Shannon was there for every step of the way and truly had my best interest at heart. Not only did she help me weigh my options but also fought well above what I could have ever imagined. Shannon’s whole team went the extra mile and it was truly appreciated during such a heartfelt and trying time. Every phone call and or email that was exchanged was always timely and professional. Shannon is fierce in the courtroom and will not backdown. If you’re looking for someone who will truly fight for you and is extremely skilled and well respected, I highly recommend 5/5! Thank you again Shannon for all that you’ve done for me! I will always highly recommend you!

Awesome. Goes above and beyond. Lawyer for life.

Facing being a single Dad who had never been in a divorce situation I was referred to Shannon from a friend going through a separation of his own. I went for the consultation with Shannon and was immediately put at ease after we had an open discussion that my child was most important to me moving for...ward. She explained how things will progress moving forward. Both Shannon and Tammy (paralegal) were completely professional in the handling of all matters of the divorce and custody. They reply in a timely manner and are very thorough. Shannon takes the time to explain the situation at hand, will give her opinion in the matter but will fight for what you want. I even referred Shannon two other clients in the past year since I was totally satisfied. I heavily lean on her advice and look toward to keeping Shannon as my attorney for the future. I can’t thank her enough.

Do Not Hire Shannon Kanavy

I was seeking a Protection From Abuse Order regarding an Assault in February of 2016. Shannon Kanavy Represented Me and The Case surrounding the Attack. These were my reasons for seeking a Protection From Abuse Order. I supplied Shannon Kanavy with a "Police Report" and "Summary Trial Documents" Subs...tantiating My Claims of the Abuse I was seeking Protection for. In the Justice Center that morning she was communicating with the Attorney the Defendant was assigned and without my knowledge worked out a very Minor Protection of only Six Months. I explained to Shannon Kanavy that the Six Month Order was Unacceptable. She did "Nothing" to Increase the Order. The only matter that she was concerned with was Getting the Hearing done with and move on. Her Lack of Interest in my case and obvious Bother for her to be Representing me showed in her Lack of pursuing a Longer Order Of Protection. She could see that I was Extremely Frightened and Concerned for Myself and my Family due to the Attack the defendant was Charged with in February. She wanted to get out of the Courtroom that day and getting as many Clients as she could Attach to her Record seemed to be her Only Agenda. Not taking care of Representing me. Her Behavior was Extremely Disturbing as well. While in the Courtroom I had a concern. I turned to her "Quietly" and asked the question I had and she screamed so loud that the entire courtroom turned to look at us. She informed me that while the Judge was speaking it was Inappropriate to talk. I did not know this. She knew I was already Uncomfortable that morning and could have showed some Compassion for my position. How Professional was this I thought. If it was out of line for me to address her verbally in the Courtroom that morning than it should have been just as Inappropriate for Her to Lash Out At A Client. Do your Due Diligence when hiring Shannon Kanavy. She is only out to make her monies, not Protect you or your Interests.

I do not recognize the facts of this case, especially since most of the Plaintiff's abuse cases I handle for free, as a pro bono service to the community. I'm sorry if you had a negative experience with my services, please contact me so that we can discuss your case and your concerns. Thank you.

Shannon Kanavy

I hired Shannon to handle my custody case. As a dad, I was concerned that the legal system would not value my role in my children's lives. Shannon fought for my rights to be a full-time father. She continually taught me the legal process so that I could make the best decisions for my family.
