Defendants were two of the six directors attempted to impose new bylaws that would strip the other directors of co ... ntrol. Plaintiffs sued to have their rights recognized, and to remove the other directors. Plaintiffs also sued an outside, non-lawyer adviser to Defendants, for unauthorized practice of law.
OUTCOME: Temporary injunction granted.
