Appeal by Norton of trial court's award of a 7 figure judgment in favor of my client, Cheney, in a divorce case for the value of the community shares of County Line Enterprises awarded to her in the di ... vorce case. County Line Enterprises executed a note to secure the judgment awarded against Norton. Norton appealed, among other things, the determination by the trial court that any of his County Line Enterprises stock was community property. Cheney countered by moving to dismiss Norton's appeal on the basis that he no longer had standing to appeal.
