OUTCOME: Not guilty

Once again I will not mention the client name since has was found not guilty. He was charged with 10 counts of rape, sodomy, kidnapping and more. The trail lasted a week with the state putting on many ... witnesses including a sitting judge who was a friend of the alleged victim. I was able to show that the sitting judge was not telling the truth. The jury acquitted my client.

Of course since we won the case I am not going to put the client's name in the title. He was charged with assaulting his girlfriend by slashing her with a knife. Her hands were both badly cut. She clai ... med he attacked her. I argued she grabbed the knife on her own.
