Defendant was in town for a work sponsored Super Bowl party. At the party, defendant became extremely intoxicated and drove from the party. Defendant, while heading west on highway 70 had struck anoth ... er vehicle and her car lost a tire. Defendant continued to drive another 7 miles on the highway until her car rotor was worn and her car would no longer move. Defendant then passed out behind the wheel on the Blanchette bridge. Plaintiff stuck defendant's vehicle in the west bound lane, causing severe damage to her vehicle and soft tissue injuries to plaintiff.
