This guy will take your mo ey no problem. Take a look at his track record in the news; he seems to always lose his cases. I have represented myself in court twice against him and he lost and could not even collect attorneys fees for his client. You be the judge but do your research and due diligence ...on him prior to retaining him as counsel.

This guy is not my attorney but he does represent my wife. I have begged him over and over again to prepare a property agreement and sent him all the information on debt and property and all he does is reply that he wants me to do it. My soon to be ex wife wants the divorce finalized but how can that... be do e if he refuses to do his job. But this makes sense as I have spoken to other divorce attorneys and they tell me that this guy is the perfect guy to represent the opposing party as he is extremely lazy. Whatever you do if you want a fast divorce and an agressive attorney do not retain this guy.

Mr Katsock handles all my and business partners affairs --- property legalities ., etc. I trust him so much that he is on pre-retainer. To the comment above - your frustration could be understood -- but this case is unique - I'll explain how ----- I reach Mr Katsock via text message on...ly --- reason why --- attorneys are in and out of court --- and for anyone to know how courts work --- NOONE can answer their phone in court while in session --- Otherwise --- what I have experienced of this man --------- An Absolute Workoholic ---- He does'nt stop ---- His little appointment book he travels to meet clients ., including me sometimes 10 pm at night. So I must say --- he has always won for me!! He won a Big Trial for a close friend in Wilkes Barre (no privacy revealed) So ---- I put my money on him ---- already have Because -- not often do we find a tenacious dedicated and absolutely unlazy (extreme opposite!!) as this man ---- I just hope he dont affect his health with his case load.
