Matthew Loftus

I can’t say enough about Atty. Loftus. I’m a retired paralegal who has dealt with many lawyers, and can honestly say that a majority of them have issues with returning calls, overbilling, and being lax in handing cases. Expecting that I would have to deal with this when the need arose to hire an at...torney for a personal legal matter that I couldn’t handle on my own, I was truly surprised to find that Atty. Loftus strived to be the exact opposite. He returned my calls in a timely manner, was straight up with me on how he intended to work on my case, and completed it with a favorable outcome. I received timely updates throughout my case, and he was also very reasonable with his attorney’s fees. I highly recommend him.
