My cousin was accused of a crime she never committed. You were her public defendant. She followed all the instructions and settlement you stated you were able to obtain for her. Today she gets a call saying she has a warrant on her name. She pulled out all documentation she could find. After spending... hours on the phone, she finds out you are no longer employed there.
