I paid Moses $2,200 the weekend before thanksgiving for him to get back to me “after thanksgiving” with his advice and counsel. He never called back. 3 months later, in February, I called him. It took weeks to get him to set up a meeting. While waiting outside his office at the exact time the meeting... was to start, he called and said he had to reschedule. I told him I had a meeting with the judge scheduled for the next day. He said he’d be there in a half hour. 45 minutes later, he called and told me verbatim, “You can’t afford me,” and the call ended with him shouting like a child and hanging up on me.

He represented my brother in a drug charge. I had heard such great reviews about him that he was powerful and respected but I saw the complete opposite. He wasn't showing up for trials, or sending any correspondence. People in the business began to tell me that he was routinely doing that to other cl...ients. Hes motivated by the price, if you pay enough he'll work for you. If he gives you a special or convinces you to hire him (that's what he did to my bro, bragged about "power & pull") he minimally represents you. He felt like he wasted thousands on what seemed to appear as mediocre representation. Absolutely no desire to work .. nor win.
