The EEOC brought an action against Audrain Health Care, Inc., alleging the hospital violated Title VII by refusing to consider transferring a male nurse to a vacant operating room nurse position on the ... basis of his sex. The district court denied relief to the EEOC finding no violation of the law and the 8th Circuit affirmed. I assisted in defending Audrain Health Care, Inc. in this action.
